Q:


Take the following phrase:

 Shady Forest

Add one more letter and rearrange to come up with three words, one the opposite of the other two.


A:

The light in a shady forest is a soft light.  The added letter is an A.  Rearranging gives you 

Hard   -   Soft  and  Easy
